I know i left for a long time and ik i will not go back to ingame (few times ts) but as a former MDVN Member after 11 months with them (until august) i say when the team doesn't have the leader online they still working as a team. i like how you always think in any moment of MDVN, (spying?) maybe because you can't forget the incident, don't blame them about it . The point is, they like to work as a team every time. A message to the team: Well guys.
