If the gender ratio of a pokemon is 50%male/50%female, and i have a female clefairy(w/cute charm) does the cute charm add 25% to the opposite gender's ratio or does it make the ratio 25%male/75%female. Basically does it do this? ----> 50%male/50%female + 25% to opposite gender. or does it do this? -----> 25% chance of opposite gender regardless of ratio
