Does this mod work on pokemmo?

The rates for Raikou are brutal. Took me about 14 days and 300+ lures to get him. I think the rates for Suicune were a little higher. I wish we could breed legendaries to get rid of some of them and have lvl 1 legendaries to use for story.

This my first playing pvp in any pokemon. I don't really know which pokemon I could replace on my team. I'm thinking of replacing cloyster for either a special def tank or a bulky pokemon that can set stealth rocks. I should probably replace volcarona seems it's too frail. Thanks for your help.
