  1. @Kyu Any chance we could get a hint at future plans for the first bird or regi?
  2. Now if only we can get the birds! Lower tiers waiting on Moltres.
  3. That's not counting the council making exceptions for quick bans right?
  4. Should it be looked at as a offensive uber? Feel like more of it's issue comes from a support on defensive teams and slapping offensive playstyles harder than just about anything.
  5. With the current tiering system UU and NU are constantly either a trash heap for low usage OU mons or a unstable mess with pokes constantly going to UU. Fixing them will take a lot more than a few ideas and won't be happening anytime soon.
  6. Got quagsire back for now so I don't see it as a issue. 4 move syndrome. Edit: love you too.
  7. Beating a dead horse here but thought I'd see if the view is still the same. A month into having some new counter play and losing a lot Blaziken is sitting at it's highest usage in months. Even though we do have 6 days left in the month Blaziken has 41% usage and a 53% win rate. The win rate isn't the most spectacular but rising almost 10% in use and retaining a similar/higher percent of wins shows that maybe NU doesn't have as many tools to deal with it as previously thought?
  8. Think they mean careful would be better so speed isnt impacted
  9. Pure speculation I only play NU. Just calling out common easy to see answers.
  10. It depends on how viable of options you want. Dragonite (now has multiscale) resists most of what Serp is going to be doing but will be crippled by glare and hp ice. Volcarona can switch in Serp but also doesn't like glare. Amoonguss 4x resists leaf storm and has stab poison moves to pick it off, without regenerator though I'm unsure how effective it'll be.
  11. Skuntank also got gunk shot. From a lower tier perspective I can see Honchkrow being even better than it already is with a pivot move now ( might go to UU? ). Sableye on the other hand has a chance of going to UU from usage but also it can now guarantee setting up screens. Electrode was kept out of NU for the same reason so not moving it up would be going against previous statements.
  12. Is scald going to be limited as well since it was changed?
  13. speaking of unique I was hoping miltank would get rapid spin this gen and be the first scrappy spinner.
  14. Nothing as exciting as I'd hoped for (bst changes for Pokemon that need) but all changes I'll happily accept. Skuntank is already good but Muk can be more viable with curse or an assault gear set up now.
  15. Nothing as crazy as hazards going to a lot of mons but there were a few interesting additions to move sets. Drain punch Muk, acrobatics Altaria, and gunk shot Skuntank.
  16. Seems obvious to me but Magmortar for NU/Untiered? UU seems particularly inhospitable for it and I don't feel it has the ability to keep up in OU.
  17. Dredging this thread up but can we also talk about crazy the difference is between tiers as well? Looking at just one day so far into the month and 7000 matches played in OU alone. NU? 4. UU? 24. Implementing some new changes to tiering or even better rewards for lower tiers would be great. P.S. sorry for reviving the dead
  18. If we lose quag, poli, and golbat I feel Blaziken needs to be tested for BL.
  19. Not sure if it got resolved before in the thread but I feel Ditto is a mon that should stay down in NU. It's easily acquired nature shouldn't be a good reason for it to be in a higher tier as it currently sits close to a similar usage in all 3 tiers. Unless decided it's to strong for the lower tiers of course. Issues with usage movements is a different thing altogether but to add what's the point of playing one of the struggling tiers if everything interesting will be taken from it.
  20. If they did buff it I believe it would be better to choose between one or the other. 65 base damage but not buff or 20 base damage with the 1.5x buff
