@Imperial Venusaur was a peculiar pokemon to evaluate and we needed some extra time, then usage changed everything. If it ever drops again, we'll probably vote unless things are drastically different. We are also taking into consideration where Ninetales drops to eventually, but that's a slow process.

Water Absorb Lapras with Block+Perish Song against set-up Suicune, paired with Ferrothorn or Amoongus to absorb the switch that takes the Scald. Perish+Mean Look+Sub+Protect Gengar against Tyranitar/Chansey/Blissey paired with Excadrill to take the Tyranitar hit.

Weezing with Neutralizing Gas is a dank play with hazards on the field to aggressively chip Regenerator users. Balance often comes with hazards so that's a simple tactic that also covers a wide variety of other offensive threats (Conkeldurr, Serperior, etc). Amoongus is also hard stopped by some set up sweepers with substitute, so that's an open door to take advantage. A-tier mon in OU. Not broken.

Raikou has great speed, power, and a unique moveset that can handle a lot of threats. If you beta players held onto Jolteon in OU, then I anticipate Raikou being there too. We shall see though. Will Scald Raikou be viable, or will CM + Sub + Tbolt + Aura Sphere run supreme???

Weather has new tools and I'm curious to hear early thoughts. I recognize that current weather setters outclass both Ninetales and Politoed, so are they going down to UU with usage or will we see teams with multiple weather setters?

One day, he might surprise me. Until then, I will endure. Looking forward to Venusaur going up to UU in a couple months once Ninetales finds its rightful home by usage.
