Well I did do some searching, but just about every thread on it has mixed opinions and I couldn't find anything official so just thought I'd ask. Thanks anyway :)

Hey everyone I just stumbled across this seemingly wonderful little gem, but I'm in need of some help to try it out. I'm a total scrub with ROMs, so can somebody explain this to me: What exactly is meant by "You must have the legal rights to use that rom"? Is there a way to turn a legal copy of the game into a ROM or do you buy them separately or how does it work? Appreciate any kind of help or information to shed some light in this dark world of nubness
