Yep! Just confirmed this with my own hair.

He's confused on why 128 man tourneys are not having shinies like before. All the effort put into making multiple comps for a big tourney just to win a regular comp that you can easily make doesn't seem worth it. It'll be untradeable as well which makes the prize less appealing than it already is. It's viable though, so props on picking Lilligant. It would be nice if the community heard from higher staff members on why tourneys aren't as they were before. What caused the change? Etc etc.
