There isn't too much Claydol can do in this current meta for OU. It's decent for tanking a few hits, but that's all it can really do without doing much in return. I would suggest using a starmie if you want a rapid spinner on your team.

Good question. Isn't smeargle also in the same egg group? Perhaps you could sketch destiny bond and breed it with houndour.
