I'm rly afraid by venomoth beeing NU. The only other quiver dance user that i know in NU is lilligant. It's pretty strong but it has big weaknesses. 1) lilli takes toxik 2) lilli has not usefull abilities 3) lilli has terrible coverage Venomoth got nothing of these weaknesses but let's see in game

This. Moving up and down shouldn't have the same cutoff point. When a mon drops, it must be a solid reason to make it moving back up again. Also not making tier changement at the same time between OU/UU and UU/NU will let the tiers adapt to new threats before making absurd changes based on usage of a different tier than it currently is.

As a new player, i must say randoms were rly helpfull for me to try NU at the beginning. I farmed randoms to get the poké rewards (4x25 2x31 not optimal but it's a start) and play them in NU. Also selling stuffs helps alot. I don't think reducing or deleting rewards from randoms is the key. For me, the very much issue with low tiers is pokémons moving up in tier. It's not like OU, once a pokemon goes on the upper tier, you cant't play your team anymore. It can be demotivating for new players. So it takes much investment to keep on the page. I think the Huargensy post on sample teams [OU] is a rly good initiative and we should do something similar in lower tiers. It allows players to focus on getting the pokémons and playing more than teambuilding each month. It's not much but it's something we can work on
