Well we can have a heiarchy like: Leader: Has the Ultimate power, expel, promote, or demote members. Can rename the Team. Co-Leader: Has some power. Can recommend to expel, promote, or demote members.

Like the title suggest, allow more than one person to be leader of a team.

To get straight the point , I suggest a Fame system. Say if someone is very helpful to newcomers, for example, those newcomers could raise that individuals fame by "1 Point". Or something similar, what do you guys think?

Yeah I don't see this happening, even though you do give a good counter for exp exploiting.

What about those who give a new player a lvl 5 bagon for example. He/She will be able to control it until lvl 20 then all they have to do is get the second badge and it will obey it until lvl 40 and so on.

Well if the pokemon are at a low enough level, they will be able to control them to some extent. But yeah i do ignore them, it just gets annoying that they don't want to enjoy the game how it's supposed to be enjoyed.

I think there should be some kind of trade limitations. People who just start the game constantly ask for "free pokemon" and it's kind of annoying and takes away from the fun and challenge of catching certain pokemon.

Just saying hello real quick. I've been a member since Friday. I used to be on Netbattle when it was popular, but that was years ago so I doubt anyone remembers that lol.
