Hello! So, I had recently created a post here on the forum about a ban, in case I couldn't get unbanned and as one of the moderators suggested I created a new account, the issue is that I can't connect to the game at all and it's always on " connecting..." without stopping. I left the computer on for eight hours in the attempt and nothing when I wake up, so did I take IP BAN or something? I don't think that ace rom's are the problem precisely because I passed them to my friends and they were able to connect naturally.

It's been a while since I haven't opened the game, I was really looking forward to trying to play with my friends recently. If I'm not mistaken, it's been three years since I opened PokéMMO and this is because I was banned for inappropriate behavior at that time. I never tried to revoke that ban, at the time I had accepted it precisely because they were right. But yesterday I really missed this game and I decided to call some friends to play. But since I'm banned (I believe it's an IP ban) I couldn't connect to the game and I was at ease, they played while trying to contact the support team.
