Those are .gif files. You'll need to get a program like "Photoshop" or "G.I.M.P." and figure out how to create and export animated .gif files. It isn't hard at all, though. Afterwards, upload them to a site like "Puush" and copy the URL of the image by itself. (Not the URL of the entire webpage that just happens to have your image as well.) 

When making a post, you'll see "Insert Other Media" at the bottom of the text panel. There, click on Insert Image From URL. Paste your URL there and confirm it, and your image will be in your post.

Rayquaza appears in the wild of Sky Pillar at an extremely low appearance rate. Just go to one of the lower floors where wild Pokémon appear, and you'll find it eventually. Having a Pokémon whose level is higher than the wild Pokémon that appear there, has an ability like Swarm, and using the Repel Trick helps.

Yeah. I'm going to be little more active now so I can update myself on what's going on in the community. That way I won't be entirely behind on current information once I come back to "PokeMMO" next month. (If things actually go the way I plan for once. XD.)
