Acrylamides, a substance that forms in starchy foods, is a toxic substance known to cause cancer. When potatoes are fried at high temperatures higher levels of acrylamides are produced which increases more toxicity consumption in the body. On the other side starchy carbs are good since they are high in fibre and you can reduce levels of acrylamides if you boil potatoes, but chances are baked or fried are the highest risk for getting levels of acrylamides.
Well also how do you have a baked potato without having sour cream, butter, and/or bacon since all of those products are a product of animals? I think poutine gravy is not considered to be meat or anything although fat is a kind of meat. I think there could be a meat free gravy but that sounds disgusting imo.
