I don't believe Tyrone asked any of the admins their opinion before posting that response. As we did not originally plan on using an offer provider, we didn't feel the need to correct it. Posts tend to get hidden when threads devolve into personal attacks, insults, and general flaming. Even posts that aren't inherently bad replying to hidden get hidden. Low effort posts/rule breaking posts also get hidden. Some examples: Moderation is a required aspect of forums.

I actually contacted xsolla yesterday about this, and the default tip for PokeMMO is now 0%. I still dislike the are even asking at all, but 0% default is a lot better than the 18% default. Also this option, and therefore the default tip, was only shown to users from the USA and Canada. If you believe you were charged a tip please contact xsolla support. They are claiming to refund any tips no questions asked.

Try removing HG/SS, not sure why this is broken, but this is apparently a work around.

The hardest part of a new generation is upgrading the base rom requirement. Gen4 regions can be added as optional content to a gen5 base, but a gen5 region requires updating the base.
