After the response i kinda see the point, i wouldnt use it, but im not against it :I

I feel this is pointless, global chat can easly be disabled, channel chat can easly be disabled. The only diffrence with "channel 9" is gonna be less people you can see walking around, and if you don't like that, then you should either go to channel 6 7 or 8, or you should pick up a gameboy and play fire red on that!

This is a small change that will make a huge diffrence, 1+
