1. Yes. You can only revive Claw/Root fossils in Hoenn, and Helix/Dome/Old Amber in Kanto.
2. I can safely say that this will not be happening. 3 minutes per turn has the potential to drag battles out to a ridiculous extent. The timer exists to prevent time stalling (and discourage damage calculations/coaching). If a player is mindful of the timer, they shouldn't run out of seconds in a normal battle.

Useful Advice

I find that individual status healing items (Antidotes etc) are a better option than Full Heals, Lava Cookies, etc. They're individually much cheaper and still get the job done. If you're defeating the wild Pokemon you're battling against in one hit each and get poisoned in the process however, allowing your Pokemon to remain poisoned will prevent it from getting a more annoying status ailment such as paralysis. This only really applies to battling Pokemon with Effect Spore though as the ability can cause a variety of status problems on contact.

Problem of shiny

If you evolve a shiny, it will still be shiny. The colours may change depending on the species though.
13. As others have stated, Eevee can be caught on Route 116 in Hoenn. Once you've seen a Pokemon, you can find its location in your Pokedex too.
14. I'm quite confident that nobody with the ability to edit your post would do so in this manner.
15. As Pereiraa has stated, this suggestion completely defeats the purpose of the fee. It both functions as a money sink and encourages smart/fair pricing. If a player's listings are expiring, they should be rethinking their prices. If there were no risks involved when trying to sell something at an unreasonable price, a large number of players would start intentionally overpricing their things as they lose nothing if they fail to sell them. With that being said, I can safely say that this will not be happening.
16. This is a known bug, hopefully we'll see a fix for it soon. For future reference; if something isn't working as it should, you should post it here.
17. Yes, and I've made sure to match the cries in the mod up correctly too~ Done. Sorry that took so long~

GTL Problems

Making "oldest" the default is an awful idea. Not only does it make the market appear dead, but the majority of the listings with only a day remaining have been set at unreasonable prices and shouldn't be constantly thrown at potential buyers when there is only a small chance that anyone will want them. If something is listed at a silly price that prevents it from being sold, it's up to the seller to adjust their prices if/when they list it again after it inevitably expires, not for the system to cater to their poor decisions and/or increase the chance that they'll be able to rip someone off with their perhaps intentionally overpriced goods. Making oldest the default would also make it more difficult to make a quick sale. Showing the newest listings however makes the market appear far more lively and is more likely to show the user something that would catch their interest, as well as encouraging smart/fair pricing. "Newest" is the healthier option overall.
21. I'm rather fond of this Houndoom for its ability to be an all-around nuisance.

22. Currently you can trap yourself by trading away a Pokemon with a move that you need to get back to a town. It's hard to do that without thinking of the consequences though, and uncommon as you have to actually meet with a player to do it. Mailing that Pokemon away would be a lot easier to do without thinking as it's instant and you're more likely to be put in a position where you've lost the Pokemon you need for travel as you're in a remote location and the other player doesn't need to be. Currently it's not an issue that comes up often at the moment, it's more a question of if it's worth making that a more common situation in exchange for allowing players to mail away Pokemon in their current party from their secret base. /unstuck shouldn't be considered in game design as it's purely a debug command and not a feature. It's not as well known as it used to be either, the majority of newer players would be unaware of its existence altogether as it's not advertised anywhere, worth using for personal convenience due to the timer, or needed often as the game is a lot more stable than it was in the beginning.
