Sometimes simply updating your graphics drivers or removing mods will do the trick.

I know it's shocking, but a bare bones win 10 install without any graphics drivers installed wont run pokemmo but a win xp or 7 with updated graphics and all will run seamlessly (albeit with some decent tinkering)

Chain shiny : As in the original work, the chance of shiny increases after killing or capturing the same monster

This would drastically reduce the shiny value for most shinies in common payday/pick up areas which is bad for a number of reasons I don't want to get into.

Well for example, we need some mechacnic that burns exp candy, or burns lvl 100 pokimon since game population has a limit, in some point those things will not have any value.

This is an excellent example of why most suggestions dont get implemented. Im not saying the suggestions are bad, but they are just super vague. " some mechacnic that burns exp candy, or burns lvl 100 pokimon" doesn't give them much to work with tbf.

  4. Add a "Share on Facebook" and "Share on X" buttons in the Main Menu.

Every unique share on Facebook/X would net you $10k in-game as well as a chance for a free gift legendary poke.

If your Facebook post is Shared 5 times or Liked 10 times, your Elite 4 cooldown would be removed for 24 hours.

If your Facebook post is Shared 50 times or Liked 250 times, you would now receive 1000RP.

The other issue is that it seems like all Ai Pokémon have perfect IV/EV and are built solely to make you feel like you are playing against other players nonstop. Like I have battled against Ai Magnamite and Magnatons that knew flash cannon before they were of level to know it. Like I know they can learn it via TM's, but these Ai trainers don't teach TM moves to their Pokémon. This ain't Dark Souls so stop trying to compete with them lol. Like I can tell someone went in and coded all these Pokémon to know moves that they can learn via TM's or by breeding that would counter everything that can be used against them (again, hence the PVP mechanics). Like I understand making gym leaders and E4 revolve around these mechanics, but why the average trainers we run into?

in other words you have to play like you are playing against other real people 24/7 otherwise you'll get shit on by Ai. So it's not really all that fun for casual players in some parts of the game.

I'm a causal player myself and yet I was able to do this

on my first ever run. I didn't look up any guides neither did I know anything about the trainers beforehand. It was just me and a standard starter mon vs the story and I won. The point is despite all the moves/ivs the Ai has the game is still quite easily beatable. It only becomes Dark Souls when you're using super under leveled pokes.

    Vanity name: Red Ballon

This would be a cool item to go with the scary clown mask

The red balloon is a symbol of Pennywise, who uses them to lure in victims. IT would be an excellent vanity for Halloween.

Some say the ballons represent the deadlights (that is the monster's true form/ life essence) and contains the souls of children killed by IT. One idea I had was to reward players with a ballon vanity that stacks with more children kills.

    Spoiler

    https://imgix.bustle.com/uploads/image/2017/9/8/0f796f26-0fef-4b6d-a01c-7292feb693d6-screen-shot-2017-09-08-at-10739-pm.png?w=800&fit=crop&crop=faces&auto=format%2Ccompress

Well, it won't look exactly like that, but you get the picture.

There's another theory which states that the ballons don't float because of helium but due to the souls of the children contained. They could do the same with a red ballon vanity. They could have different threshold kills for different ballon heights. The ballon could stay at the height that matches your kills or have a trigger to toggle the heights you unlocked.

I hope they go for something like this because there's a need to keep players engaged in killing children/pumking beyond getting present(s). I know I'm not the only one who only fights pumking once for the untradeable vanity and be done with it. Most people don't even fight the kids anymore because the rewards are just not IT. An untradeable vanity with stages to unlock would be a great motivator to keep playing in spite of falling prices.

Would be cool to see a new mysterious ball you can make like the legendarys hear me out. It consumes a legendary and 100k yen give or take to make a legendary mysterious ball containing a random catchable legendary with a 1 in 10k give or take chance for a shiny. 1 billion for 10k chances pretty expensive and maybe a 1 in a million to get a shiny mew. Would love to see it cause it's pretty much impossible to get a shiny legendary and there are players that have too much money to do with and could get more people to grind money to try to get.

You almost got me excited there for a sec, I thought you were about to suggest consuming a legend in exchange for a pokeball(s) with an extremely high catch rate.

I just found out that there are people with multiple Raikous and Moltres and so on. That’s just crazy. Lol. Each trainer should only be able to own 1 of each legendary dog/bird … so all 6 but only 1 time. No duplicates.

That will help with the “legendary sink” problem. Those that already have multiple should be given the GTL minimum and the mon washed from their boxes.

From my point of view, having more than one legendary makes for more fun game play/room for experimentation which is why i disagree with your idea. I understand why you would want 1 legendary dog/birb per person sure it creates a nice little dimension to legends but the price for that aspect is too high.

About the "legendary sink problem" to me this doesn't seem like a player problem at all. Not having a legendary poke sink hasn't suddenly made pvp or pve worse. It just made the legends affordable to all players. The "legendary sink problem" just sounds like a "problem" made up by bunch of players who got pissed they cant sell their legends for a high price. If you have too many of them just release them like any other poke lol or just stop hunting them xD

First of all i wanna thank you very much for this @BrokenJoker

I tried the mobile one, apparently it doesn't work, either frisk on fossil or frisk from other mons.

Also, idk why but it lags a lot while walking on grass, water, or sand, it only lags if you're walking or cycling on the surface with an effect, when i deactivate the mod, the lags is gone

for the mobile one  i only had the "shiny sounds only" mod up. I will upload the one with frisk later. I will try on work on the lag thing but i cant make any promises.

Seem like a good reason why they should extend the pvp mute to at least +5mins after a match.

the block feature works nicely, use it, no need to introduce 1001 QoLs that barely change anything when there's systems in place for you to deal with it.

    .....

and you still can't see how blocking couldn't have worked lol.

Any updates links? Seriously need this. Frisk/Shiny only sounds is way to helpful!

Hi. I will be honest. I lost interest in the game a long time ago, that's why I barely update the mod anymore. Maybe if you tell me which sounds you want removed it could motivate me to come back to the game and update the mod.

I'm thinking about creating some kind of an NPC which can help us "get rid" of our legendaries which are useless, working in a similar way as that shiny collecting baron.

That NPC could consume our legendary for:

    -Rainbow Quills

    -Elemental Orbs

    -Nature Herbs

    -Legendary lures

    -Battle points?

    Opinions?

This wont solve the problem long term. It will flood most of those items and make them worth even less. When that happens, people will stop consuming the legends and you would end up exactly where you are right now. If you're going to add a long-term effective sink it has to have rewards exclusive to it, be consumable and worth getting on a regular basis.

    Spoiler

    Quils

Rn quils are about 4.2k on gtl. The current legend is about 600-800k so its worth about 134-190 of quils. We have only been getting at least 20 per month, imagine what 154 per month would do. Quil price would tank to the point 154 quils wont be a worthwhile reward for consuming the legend.

    elemental orbs

-Rn one 400k articuno equates to 17 orbs (23k per elemental orb)

Its hardly worth it, youre better off gym running to buy orbs. (days/ weeks of hunting articuno equate to 1 gym run or less)

    Prismatic pearls

Adding another method to get prismatic pearls would mean their price wouldnt be solely reliant on shinies. To me this is a negative because it would hinder their effect to regulate shiny prices.

I agree with adding more legendary sinks but not those rewards. A very similar topic was suggested not too long ago and im glad the idea got the attention it deserves this time.

  13. I managed to finish all 12 raids in solo matchmaking too, it was way more fun than following some guide or prepping the ultimate group/pokemon team would have been. I did get paired with people who were using under leveled mons/ hm slaves/ didn't even know how to use link chat xD.

I've even seen people use pokemon like steelix, excadrill and other fire or earth types against gyarados' raid.

The skill &/ resource gap between new players and vets might be bigger than we realize. Some people don't even have the right mons to begin with and end up just entering raids with whatever mons they got. Its unfair to discredit their struggles because they cant do what you can easily do. At least for events it would have been nice if new players got an option to get standard random teams to beat some of the raids (ofc im assuming event raids were meant as a feature for everyone and not just end game players)
