I just did the game update and whenever i open the application its says, " Sorry this cannot open under a virtual machine." What does that even mean?

Hi, i dont know why but whenever i open my Pokemmo application is just opens to the point where i see zekrom, and the cruiser looks like its loading but it wont move on from there. I left my computer open for 3 hours and nothing happen. This wasnt happening this morning, only a couple hours after that did i come back to my laptop and tried playing and it then started to do this. I uninstalled it and redownloaded and nothing fixed. What do i do ?
