Anyone know how this happened? This Linoone I have knows ExtremeSpeed, an egg move, yet appears to be a wild mon. I've heard people say it used to say 'Apparently Met' on hatched mons in 2015, but it also says met at lv. 23 which makes me think its not hatched.
