1. I never liked achievements, unless they give vanity rewards. Like in World of Warcraft there is achievements that give you titles/pets/mounts. Those are the only ones I cared about as there is a reward for them.

About Season 3

Rumors are just that, rumors, doesn't mean it's true. Only Hoenn and Kanto is available.
3. Walrein I believe acts like a Wall, so it's nature is pretty good. Moveset, Toxic, Rest, Waterfall, Body Slam? As for EVs, Split Defenses and max HP or however you want to split it really.

Legendarys

What the heck is a Arktos?
5. Yeah it was OP, Swampert also is amazing. On Nidoking, I ran Thunderbolt, Surf, Ice Beam, Strength which basically let me solo everything lol
6. For separate saves, I beat the game with a 55 Pidgeot, 60 Nidoking, 54 Primeape. Not that hard really lol
7. I wouldn't call it stupid as you can do that with every gen for the handhelds.
8. For what I did, I looked at the pokemon's base stats, if it was built to be a sweeper I focused on whatever atk is the highest. Then if it is a fast pokemon I throw in more speed. While if I feel that speed won't matter then I throw it into HP instead. Like Aggron for example.
9. Considering Most MMOs have a "Daily Quest" mechanic while this MMO doesn't really have that. (Grinding Islands isn't a quest type thing, it's just grind especially since it can be done every 6 hours or so). If something like Daily Quests were implemented with a suitable income for the players, the economy would improve drastically. Really though, the game has way too many money sinks and item sinks and not enough ways to gain money.
10. Me, when I do pvp, I just use pokemon that I like. My teams are generally a mix of all tiers. Like Electabuzz (first Godly Comp during CatchMMO days), Blaziken (first bred comp), Starmie, Ursaring, Marowak, Flygon (my gengar got moved to Ubers ;-;) Then I add pokemon to my comp collection when I find a decent cheap one in GTL (none of that 6x31 shit unless I find one for 50k lol) or if there is a specific comp I want I will go catch it then make it 2x31 at most (for it's major stats). The real only problem is there is no reliable way to gain enough cash(especially when it comes to breeding), I mean if there was a daily that you could go catch a pokemon with a specific nature froma NPC they would pay a certain amount for it. And the pokemon and nature be random each day then maybe it would make things easier for the player. Of course the amount would be up for the devs to decide to not overflow the economy.
11. Try it and find out.
12. Technically you are suggesting a lowering fee, 1% of asking price then increasing by 1% per day, if bought on day 1 it's only 1% which is lowering. 5% isn't a large chunk of money, While yes you can buy quite a bit with 5k if that was a listing price but you still gain like 95k which is far more.
13. I just hope there won't be any memory problems if you tried it. I mean too many things listed may lag a few people.
14. The GTL is basically an Auction House, and most games I know don't show that kind of info as the prices should be based off of supply and demand. However, with your suggestion it could keep prices the same which can be a bad thing.
15. Wurmple will evolve into either Silcoon or Cascoon starting at level 7 depending on its personality value. As personality values cannot be influenced or seen by the player, what a given Wurmple will evolve into is essentially random. From there, the Silcoon or Cascoon will evolve again starting at level 10 into Beautifly or Dustox respectively. Generations III and IV: 00000000 00000000 00000000 00000000 Wurmple's evolution is determined by the lower half of its personality value in Generations III and IV or the upper half in Generation V (highlighted in red above), referred to here as pw. Mathematically, pw can be derived by calculating p % 65536 for Generations III and IV or p / 65536 (rounded down) for Generation V. If the result of pw % 10 is less than 5, Wurmple will evolve into Silcoon. If it is greater than or equal to 5, Wurmple will evolve into Cascoon. Source: http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Wurmple_(Pok%C3%A9mon) http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Personality_value Tbh Idk what the 2nd part is talking about as I'm not a math wiz so... But I do know we can see some kind of characteristic on our pokemon. Some pokemon also like certain flavors of pokeblocks based off their nature if this has any influence, you could probably figure it out, though I doubt this is the case. A Pokémon's nature also determines the berries it likes and dislikes. Each type of berry is linked to one stat: Attack - Spicy Defense - Sour Speed - Sweet Sp. Attack - Dry Sp. Defense - Bitter The berry a Pokémon likes is the corresponding flavour of its raised stat, while the berry it dislikes is the flavour of its lowered stat. 16. Just to make it clear so I understand how the listing fee works atm, if an item is below a certain price it is $1000. But if it's over a certain price it's only 5%? If so, say I put an item for $100k, the list fee should only be $5k. Now assuming I did math right, wouldn't that $5k be nothing? And if it is a lot, shouldn't people put things cheaper so they lose less? Oh right, it wouldn't matter as it still does the 5%. (outside of dropping prices too low where it's a fee of 1k.) But the system we have right now does the job really well. What we really need instead of adjusting the listing fee, is more ways to earn $$$ outside of events, payday, and island runs. I guarantee you once we have that the listing fee wouldn't be as bad as what it seems at the moment.
17. If I recall in World of Warcraft, their auction house is a 10% fee from what the item was sold for while also having another fee for the length of the auction of the item (not sure how that one works). So imo the 5% fee isn't that bad, it could actually be worse.

New Gameplay

Sadly general discussion isn't for suggestions. The suggestion sub forum is. Also you can do stuff like this with a team if you really wanted, but really this would never happen as you can't expect players to wait for a "gym leader" to log on, or you can't expect a "gym leader" to remain logged in all the time so we can actually get badges to fully control our pokemon. While letting an AI take over for the player would defeat the purpose of a player being a gym leader.
19. A few too many times I have put in the wrong IVs (getting sp atk/speed mixed up being used to the original locations. Kind of makes me wonder why this wasn't implemented when GTL came out to begin with.

EPIC Bug (???)

This is a sign of Hats being so OP they want to kill us all.
21. I have a Shiny Pidgey...but I really wanted a shiny Shellder :C
22. They could definitely make a new region and implement the winner as the 8th gym leader of a NPC after their character.
23. Well I'll post mine :D IGN: xXxJessexXx xXxJessexXx 's Viridian Gym Now before I get down to the good parts, this gym is merely a proof of concept. I would rather much have walls instead of boxes for the challenger to navigate, but with the pallet that was available to me, it became too challenging as they weren't blending in with the ground tile set as well as just not having all the pieces I needed. Another thing I wanted to mention before I start was that I wanted to use Red trainer sprite as the gym leader as it stood out the best as well as representing the player in general (that and my in game sprite looked terrible scaled down). Now with that out of the way let's begin! Gym Leader: Name - xXxJessexXx Age: 20 Clothing: Blue T-Shirt, Red Silk Pants, Black Tennis Shoes, Black Backpack. Hair Color: Black Distinguished Features: Always looks ready to sleep, appears to be lazy. Gym Type - Fighting Type Pokemon Badge - Name: Warrior's Spirit Badge. Description: Has 2 swords with red hilts crossing each other with a Blue Shield holding the badge together. The shield has the emblem of fighting type on the front of it with the color brown. (If you don't know what the emblem looks like here you go.) Only difference in the picture is the brown circle would be blue, while the fist, be brown.

Gym Layout - Shown in the picture below. The Referee will speak to the challenger, telling them that they must defeat all trainers before facing the Gym Leader without breaks so they must come prepared with items to heal their pokemon. This is to prepare the challenger for the Elite Four style battles. So they must navigate the maze hunting down each trainer. Once the last trainer is defeated, the trainer blocking the gym leader will step to the side to allow the challenger to challenge the gym leader. In the event of a wipe at the gym leader, the challenger does not have to face every trainer over again. However, in the event the challenger is wiped out against the other trainers, they must challenge all the trainers over again

Gym Leader's Team: First Challenge:
Poliwrath Lv 47 Nature: Adamant Ability: Water Absorb Moves: Ice Punch, Belly Drum, Substitute, Focus Punch Item: Leftovers EVs: 252 Attack, 252 HP, 6 Speed Blaziken Lv 50 Nature: Adamant Ability: Blaze Moves: Blaze Kick, Thunder Punch, Sky Uppercut, Swords Dance Item: Black Belt EVs: 252 Attack, 252 Speed, 6 HP Heracross Lv 48 Nature: Jolly Ability: Swarm Moves: Endure, Reversal, Rock Slide, Mega Horn Item: Salac Berry EVs: 252 Attack, 252 Speed, 6 Sp. Def The idea behind this team, is to cover what the other pokemon can't handle to an extent, utilizing a little bit of set up then devastating the challenger with boosted moves or powerful moves for 1 hit knock outs. So moves like Taunt and Knock Off are invaluable for the challenger. Heracross would probably be the most dangerous as you should poison it or bring in something like sandstorm so it's endure will not help it's strategy. So the team is High Risk High Reward style of play.
Second Challenge:
Blaziken Lv 100 Nature: Adamant Ability: Blaze Moves: Blaze Kick, Thunder Punch, Super Power, Swords Dance Item: Black Belt EVs: 252 Attack, 252 Speed, 6 HP Poliwrath Lv 100 Nature: Adamant Ability: Water Absorb Moves: Ice Punch, Belly Drum, Submission, Rest Item: Chesto Berry EVs: 252 Attack, 252 HP, 6 Speed Heracross Lv 100 Nature: Jolly Ability: Swarm Moves: Endure, Reversal, Rock Slide, Mega Horn Item: Salac Berry EVs: 252 Attack, 252 Speed, 6 Sp. Def Machamp Lv 100 Nature: Adamant Ability: Guts Moves: Cross Chop, Rock Slide, Bulk Up, Earthquake Item: Scope Lens Evs: 252 Attack, 248 Health, 8 Speed Hariyama Lv100 Nature: Brave Ability: Thick Fat Moves: Fake out, Knock Off, Revenge, Rock Slide Item: Leftovers Evs: 252 Attack, 248 Health, 8 Sp. Def Breloom Lv100 Nature: Jolly Ability: Effect Spore Moves: Mach Punch, Spore, Swords Dance, Thunder Punch Item: Salac Berry EVs: 252 Attack 252 Speed 6 HP The idea of the team remains the same for the most part, with high risk high reward style of play, but given more utility with breloom. The style for changed slightly as it was originally too frail to really do anything after sub/bellydrum with minimal recovery. However, Taunt and Knock Off still helps out against this team especially with breloom with taunt and knock off with Hariyama. With Hariyama however, I wanted to abuse Revenge and make it slow as possible while also being somewhat of a tank. But even if taunt is very useful against both teams, don't underestimate each pokemon as they can still hit hard.
Gym Leader Script: Intro:
Welcome to the Viridian City Gym!
