There was more Yuuki Yuuna last season also (did you miss it?)
Otherwise Sono Bisque Doll wa Koi wo Suru is popular, but I haven't started yet.

This is going based off my friend who read the manga and is also watching the anime now … so could go either way if they change it but he doesn’t think there are enough episodes to close it out. We shall seeeee
either way I am hoping for more and for them to delay ending it haha. It’s going to be a bit emotional after being attached to the characters since 2013.

Finally went back to my WiiU to play Xenoblade Chronicles X... it is probably the most beautiful game I have seen. Highly recommend.

The cliches are annoying and I don't particularly feel anything for the other characters which might as well die on ep 1 and you wouldn't notice. This despite they trying really hard to sell their deaths as a tragic loss. They are not.
The plot brings some interesting ideas which are welcome but you can see their 'twists' two football fields away, I found myself most of the time thinking of how could have things played out had they made something different.
As for who likes it or why is it popular, IMO that's mostly on the chans simping the core plot for reasons I cannot express in these forums.
But hey, I want to see what Diano sees on it too
I thought I might give a comment because I am a fan of 86, but I also agree with what Axx is saying here. You don't fall in love with the characters like you could in another similar cartoon (like same genre/niche), but I find the world pretty interesting and I want to know more about it. Characters and their relationships are my favourite part of any cartoon or show (less so than plot, setting, etc), but I still really enjoyed the character design and sort of the melancholy atmosphere of the cartoon.
Overall it is a bit dark and won't make you laugh much, but it is entertaining and I am looking forward to the second season quite a bit (haven't started yet!).
Did anyone watch Sonny Boy ? I got behind on it, but I will watch the remaining episodes. Also yuuki yuuna is going again !

also I watched a ton of eighty-six recently. I have two episodes left. It’s not perfect but it’s a studio I love, the animation is amazing, super entertaining but quite heavy also.

Yeah I can’t see the major point of the medals rn because it doesn’t feel satisfying to collect them, but I think I don’t know enough about them yet.

I started playing Digimon Cyber Sleuth a while ago... need to finish it somehow. I have so so so so many in waiting because I am at the point in life where I have money to buy them but not time to play them lmao. Also nearly done Bravely Default 2, I have an Atelier I started a long time ago also.

Sure, talk about manga and korean stuff too. I don't care about 18+ stuff but probably you need to just consider the forum rules.
I read the all of Koe no Katachi manga (worth it) sort of recently, but I haven't been spending much time on manga. Normally I download something before I travel. But also I try to read manga in French so I buy random copies of boku no hero academia for that haha.

Also Horimiya was fun. I need to go back and watch Wonder Egg Priority, and the recent season of Dr.Stone still.
Boku no hero academia is so hard to get through rn haha, they just didn't have enough in the chapters to make an episode feel full. I like the arc, but I am also excited for it to pass. I have to start Shaman King...
