Hello I've tried twice to get my email changed but nothing's happened. I know my login info but I'm loging into a new device and don't have access to my old email. Can anyone know how to help? I tried support request but under "character deleted" it had no options, wouldn't let me put anything in but when I tried to submit it it said that field was required. Pls help
