hello i just want to know is encountering random mons will add counts to the shiny i will hatching? ex: 20k random encounter + 10k egg hatch = 30k whitch is the chance here is 1/30k. thank you who will answer this.

Hi everyone! I just want to ask the official dates of Lunar, Halloween and Christmas event, im very confused epecially in Lunar event. Can anyone tell me when these event start with exact dates i dont wanna look clown waiting for nothing with the wrong dates.
