Shakes are my favorite part of the day tbh. You work out, your body is feeling good, you get hungry as fuck... And something like a gift from God (not that he exists) lands in your hands. A fucking chocolate shake. It tastes so good. It's filling you up... And its fucking making you gains.
This is super common. You just developed smaller left traps than right. It could be genetics, training improperly, or just how you move and use muscles in everyday life(or a combination of these). Bodybuilders experience this ALL the time and to fix it simply add more reps to the lacking side. When you do shrugs, add an extra 2 reps to each left set and an entire extra left set. Your body is a work of art, you can add muscle wherever you want... Just like touching up the paint of a canvas, you can touch up where some muscle has lagged.
Have you ever heard stories about people who were extremely passionate and worked extremely hard to become successful and achieve their goals... and did anything and everything it took... even if it was extremely difficult? I want to be one of those stories.
You have time to workout.
I wake up at 7:30 am to clean, make healthy breakfast, take supps, and get sexy for the day, go to school around 9am, get off school at 3pm, eat, go to work, get off at 11pm, do more house work and homework, and go to the gym at 1am.

Well if it works well for you, that's all that matters. Its my opinion that no class will beat an individualized gym routine but everyone has their own way to getting swole.
