This game is not good, it is x1000 more awesome than before! Let me give you a taste of what I mean:
1. Hoenn and Unova are implemented!
2. Comp is more creative
3. More ways to make in game money (do you have some old level 100 comps? Put it to work! Hold an amulet coin and battle the gym leaders - They are doubles battles, so make sure you have at least two level 100 pokemon at your disposal).
There are many more things, but I don't want to overwhelm you, so I am going to let you experience it for yourself.
why do you sound like youre just really annoying and wait in game money? you mean theres more ways to hunt lucky eggs now?

So, I have free access to this gym that is below my room.
I haven't thr slightest idea about how to efficiently start bulding muscle.
I don't really have any fat, 180cm, 65kg, i think, and I don't pay attention to what I eat.
Anyways glad to be a part of this. Gon start changing things.
Eat more and lift heavy(relative to your strength). -

How do you guys eat enough calories?
I'm a little guy (5'4 110 lbs ;-; )
I tried working out for about six months and I gained about 10 pounds but I honestly didn't feel different. I went to the gym at least 5 days a week for an hour between classes.
I would drink protein after workouts and before bed.
Every couple workouts I would increase the weight I lifted a little.
Some weeks I would lose weight though and that happened a couple weeks in a row which ultimately lead me to stop going completely.
My biggest problem was trying to eat enough, I work part time and go to class full time so sometimes I can only eat 2-4 times a day
I would try to pack a punch of food and eat it on the go but then i would just get full really fastI guarantee the things you're eating are too low calorie. Don't worry about eating more fats/sugar if you're gaining no weight. It's all macronutrients. Make your protein shakes part cream or whole milk and add some more calorically dense foods to your diet. Yes, fast food, chips, etc are all definetely on the table assuming its not the majority of your diet.

Sounds like you're doing fairly well then. Carbs can surprise you sometimes. I know for me as soon as I eat a sushi roll, or potatoes then it's over haha. I can't have carrots either. No crackers ever, no chips, no wraps, nothing. Everyone's body responds to carbs differently so you just need go find your "number". I've done a couple no carb bouts in my life but some people don't recommend it since you (usually) have to integrate carbs again at some point. Switching your body to keystones can be unpleasant for some as well !
Milk is actually full of sugar though. I would strongly recommend dropping it !
Does doing more cardio sounds like a death sentence to you? Just curious.
Fuark I love milk though and it's super anabolic.
And it's just that I don't enjoy cardio while I thoroughly enjoy lifting. -
I eat a lot of fish and salads. No soda/sugar drinks. Usually water and a few glasses of Nonfat/1% milk. Usually 2-3 protein shakes a day, often with milk. Decent amount of eggs. I think my carb intake is pretty low for the most part. I don't eat much bread/rice/pasta at all. Maybe I'm getting too much fat from the meats/eggs I'm eating? Since my new job is more lucrative Ive been eating sushi 3-4 times a week but I wouldn't expect it to be a problem since I'm eating sashimi salads 90% of the time. Also I rarely eat sweets. No candy, ice cream, etcI would say cutting carbs is a big deal. What is your diet like right now when it comes to carbs and sugars ?
I haven't been doing enough cardio though. That's definitely seething I need to fix. -
Anybody have tips for cutting? Obviously eat less/more cardio, but cutting just doesn't come naturally to me like bulking does.

I am not sure why you're leaving but all the best. I only knew you to get sassy when someone capitalized your name but that's okay! No one likes their name misspelled.
