addressing your post before the edit, there are actually a lot of people who feel those moves are uncompetitive, much like baton pass can be used to keep momentum in this gen. There was a push to get the moves banned but, much like scald, I doubt it'll ever happen
Except Scald and the momentum moves are not comparable.

Tournaments on showdown to make it a BO3 have to be coded. You will usually get a BO3 tournament if you participate in the forum tournaments by registering.Wow, really nice. Did you know a lot of top players run flamethrower on charizard and heatran in Bo1 to avoid heat wave misses? Also, in 2014 a lot of poeple ran dragon pulse AND draco meteor on the same pokemon to prevent clutch misses (this was for special dragons though, I understand this would be bad for mixmence.) I also recall a game I lost where I missed three overheats in a row - if either had hit, I would've won. Basically I think it's stupid to play vgc as a Bo1 knockout format, because rng can screw you over for no reason. Smogon should learn that.

Sleep Clause wasn't a thing in PSL3 I don't know if anyone noticed, for Doubles that is. Didn't hear any complaints about it.

When I make a team I just keep improving it till I get 20-0, then I know it's half decent and ladder with it further. Am currently at 11-0 with an ORAS OU team but it's a bit weak to Talonflame so probably gonna put Ancient Powda on my Heatran, in stead of HP Ice or Sub.

Well after the PSL concludes, I too will be taking my leave. It was a fun journey with lots of memories I will always keep. Sayounara, MISC, BAIL, PRLS, NlCE, COPE, Optic they all gave me an amazing time. I've wanted to leave for a long time, but I couldn't get myself to it. I kept believing in this game, but I think I've finally come to the realization that I won't be able to play this game normally anymore. I'm sure the devs are working hard on what they think is the best, sadly they are putting their efforts in the wrong place.
By all means, prove me wrong. I'd love to see that happen. For once I'd love to be wrong.
I will be giving comps out ingame at some point. People know where to contact me and I'll hop on these forums from time to time and TS.

There are reasons. The simple time investment it takes is enough of a reason. Not only does it mean players will take around 1-2 hours to play all their 3 matches, it also means they have to find a time to play 3 matches which is way harder than finding a timeframe to play 1 match. You're also acting like PSL is the only thing people will be doing when they log on. Some people only have a few hours a week to play the game, if they have to sacrifice half of that for the PSL it isn't that fun anymore.
Not only that but this is a big tournament. You're not the only one on your team playing. If you get haxed, chances are one of your teammates got favorable hax. Which is why the 'best of 3 evens chances' is not applicable to a format like PSL, except for a hax heavy and surprise-reliant VGC. You are not 'out' of the league if you lose your match. Nor are you out of the league when you lose two matches, like Single -and Double Elimination tournaments. This is a long running tournament and that is why best of 3 is completely unnecessary for most tiers.
I lost to hax, sure it sucks. But the same week Frexa got a turn one freeze on Heracross that helped him win a game. I made some mistakes in my own game too, I could've made plays that could let me win. Analyzing that sort of thing is how you get better. Even in Doubles this is the case. I've seen like 3 of your PSL Doubles battles and there were certainly plays you could've thought through more thoroughly, I hope you see that too. Focus on that rather than trying to get BO3 on every tier. I couldn't do a BO3 on Doubles because we already had a few weeks that were single matches. I would be considering it for PSL4 if it would ever happen.

I agree with ThinkNice here, if they don't want to help improve the game then what are they doing here? why are they complaining about the timer and stuff? Then it's simple as let's leave it like that and get use to it..
EDIT: I'm talking about the people you mentioned not about u, just in case of misunderstandingor the state that it is in, the competitive community here has been neglected and abused by staff and its showing very clearly. There is a massive reason why the competitive playerbase is so low

They arent helping to improve the game because they know the staff wont listen, I think most people have given up trying.
