      Is he useful in pvp? I have never gotten one, idk if he can be good in competitive (Man, it's design is too cool!)

      Honestly Walrein is one of the strongest and tankiest pokemon out there, haven't used it in pvp myself but it will certainly help in pvm and alpha hunting for sure.

       

      Ice beam is op in pokeMMO so that's going on him.
