I don't see how the banning of Scizor and Slowking and the discussion about Houndoom are related.
Neither did I, but reading through, they were brought up so might as well include it

Claydol is still an amazing counter for lee and now an even better option in UU with both Slowking and Scizor gone. I'm excited to see the upcoming tournaments
