Riolu spawn at level 49-50. others including horde spawn at level 48-49. Lead level 50 pokemon will decrease encounters under level 50. its called repel trick

kuplion's shiny rate is 1/8k. right? right?

iirc garbordor now doesnt have horde right? Still good :>
