I lost my only pokemon that had particles from the 2019 hallowen and I don't know what to do to get it back, the biggest proof of this that I created it and moreover I used it for pvp.

Buenas, cuando ingreso desde la computadora puedo ver los shiny luego al conectarme al teléfono Android no funciona salen normal, antiguamente me salio el boton de reparar launcher, intente con desintalar y no consigo nada..ayuda porfavor.
