I think what should've happened was: 1. Check that every team showed up before making the matches. This would've avoided things like RE not showing up on time and giving easy spot. (This could've been done by someone whisper you, and it doesn't even need to be a captain) 2. Give a strike to a team that didn't show up. Might be a lot of work but ensures fairness.

Not really, if you get a balanced 5 team of lv 100 you can 3 turn any gym and get 365k an hour (That's what I get at max).

Team - You make friends and you get to compete if you are interested in PvP. Money - Gym Runs, Get a gym run team of lv 100 (5 mons at least) and started using the amulet coin 1 hour for easy cash average 250-300k hour. Shiny Hunt - Use Horde method with the use of a sweet scent pokemon like oddish and pp max it, and have a crap ton of leppas by either farming or buying. Leppas will allow u to use sweet scent without needing to go to the pc. Gym Runs - Yes its harder, but with good strategies like Eruption Typhlosion and Torkoal they are easy. There is also PvP which is pretty much the main endgame

matchmaking waiting time is what makes me not want to mm.
