Why can't there just be a ranking for officials and a ranking for unofficials? There have been plenty of great suggestions to make sure the unofficial tournaments are credible. There are plenty of great players who never do officials who could use some credit where it's due.

Agreed. Considering Baton pass set and the availability of great coverage with all the punches, STAB Psychic and Magical Leaf, it makes this guy able to fill multiple roles and constitutes at least A rank. Also, Quagsire can literally sweep half a team without breaking a sweat unless the opponent has HP grass, and even then with a couple curses up EQ can deal with most any HP grass user that doesn't OHKO. Basically, both deserve a solid spot in A rank without a doubt.
