With the addition of complex bans we are currently discussing giving SD back to Garchomp as well as returning Shadow Tag to its unnerfed state. If anybody has anything they would like to say about either of those things.

The OU Draco Meteor ban on Hydreigon was deployed early this morning so is in game as we speak, can find a link to the discussion thread in the OP.
Continuing to leave this thread open for further discussion updates until they are concluded(which isn't much left).

Staraptor remains banned.
First topic of discussion from BL2 with the most support of all of the discussions we had is Roserades ban to BL2. Its currently also UU by usage but not by a lot.
Roserade will technically remain BL2 for now but have an asterisk on its name on my personal list in the event it ever drops below the cutoff again to signal a vote to actually test it at that time, there was pretty overwhelming support for unleashing this one if we could right now.
Talking about Rhyperior now which is below the cutoff and capable of dropping right now if it garnered the support.

I think last time Acupressure was brought up it either neither made it to a thread phase or it got voted against, both basically had the same outcome, not saying its not an issue now i just know it was discussed at some point in the past.
Shaymin is remaining BL1, it was a fairly split vote though, some thought with new additions such as entei and soon to be moltres and with some other things being more prevalent, that might have made it worth being tested.
Talking about Starraptor now.

First tier change in a cycle, 5.5% and up to move up, 3% and below to go down
Nothing is changing via usage.
We will however be placing Moltres in the UU Tier when it drops.
Draco Meteor test on Hydreigon has concluded, the move Draco Meteor on Hydreigon will be banned from competitive play in OU.

Sometimes it is not possible to accurately check every ramification. Sometimes the affected Pokemon do not interact with each other in a significant degree. But it is very common for a few variables to be immediately taken out of the equation, allowing them to freely discuss what is left in tandem.
Either way, can't wait for the NU discussion to begin. The issue I said above is much much more glaringly obvious in that tier, since everything listed is able to counter or enable each other in a very significant way. If they keep the individual discussions from 1574 with those given names, we are set to a complete set of disasters that will turn the medicham incident into an irrelevant meme.
Except they are free to say in these discussions that this would be okay if that happened or if that was unbanned, and has come up in discussion a few times, so seems like a moot point
The only instruction that has been given of what not to do was to have a discussion about an arena trap ban from OU elsewhere if it was needed as this is a review of current bans not implementing a new ban which would need to follow normal procedures.

All of the topics we are going through had some level of support even if minimal, and during this review we wish to give everyone their chance to voice there thoughts on a subject. When we move on to NU bans though we will be going in order of most support/thoughts had on a bad to least instead of just vote order. So more likely unbans will happen first in discussion when we get there. It seems kind of important when we have 5 year old bans that people forgot were even a thing.

Not anytime recently at least. Its a very old ban, like, back when coolio was still TC I think, unless I'm mixing up discord names.
EDIT: Can't find any of the topics regarding it, the discussion is in the discord is there and the mention of a post was definitely there, and I was involved in that discussion in some form, just can't find the posts related to it, happened in August 2018.

Worth noting that Shaymin is slated to be discussed at the end of year review(or start of year review I guess idk) for all of the current bans. Currently talking about Kingdra, then P2, then Shaymin will be after that.

TC has nothing to do with untiered. Just moved it must have accidentally removed it from the list when I was comparing to usage so it didn't get swapped.
All tournaments have UT included though. If somebodies not they are setting up tournaments incorrectly.

Discussion on Swords dance chomp is over, it will remain as is pending future changes that might help combat it.
Moving on to outrage buff discussion.
EDIT: Nothing happening with outrage, moving on to Darmanitans ban(keep in mind even if this was deemed okay for removal from BL, its been comfortably in OU for quite some time now and would not be eligible to drop).

ITs a known issue, you can drag and drop a pokemon from your party into the broken slot and it will fix it.
