You can easily check, the cutoff point is provided. Unless something is rubbing right up on the cutoff point chances are it didn't change.

We have all seen your proposal and it is not possible in the current capabilities of the usage system even if we were to consider it.

Stealth rocks is %based so defense wouldn't matter, I'd say other stats don't matter at least from my perspective unless you swap into something that can't be transformed into(such as a disguised zoroark) and then it kills itself somehow and you need to actually use the transform skill on the following turn.

If you actually believe that you better start thinking of a compelling argument pretty quickly.
