January was disregarded due to several mid-late additions. February we haven't discussed what cutoffs we will be using yet. Assuming nothing is added to disrupt things we will be back to normal completely by the spring season. Again you haven't been ignored, its an extremely complicated subject with very differing views on it. Some people don't think anything should be done, some people are open to the discussion but don't necessarily see an issue with the current system. ATM there is no consensus on changing anything. Unrelated but we are likely going to be adding in a way to see usage based on top % ranking of players. When we will actually get that and how it will be used is not set in stone yet.

I'm not here to make arguments for why something should and shouldn't move, I do usage movements. If you think something shouldn't, that's on you to make an argument for it, not come at me to make one for allowing it to, cause mine is as simple as usage dictates it. If shaymin continues on its current trajectory it will be dropping unless that argument is made.

Usage from this month will be disregarded given the recent changes and additions made to the game. Shaymin will be left OU for now and everything else that gained its HA will remain in the tiers they were in.

If you don't participate enough in the dungeon it will not reward you from what I know so this is likely why you didn't get anything. As for the getting stuck via statues spawning, its a known issue, for now just don't stand there while afk.

Cut-off points are still being discussed but i think general consensus is desynchronizing tiers is a bad idea, for various reasons but I think the biggest one on peoples minds is seasons occur at the same time. 3. None yet, its a popular point of discussion atm though.

This might make sense in a game where its a convenience to quick travel between regions instead of taking the longer path to travel there, and not a necessity. Without access to the boat there is no way to travel to the other regions. I don't think its a good idea to have a fee with the current state of traveling between regions.

They were largely undecided during the test prior to Salamence, and asked for the test to continue this month now that salamence is gone.
