So I am just starting pokemmo and am trying to build up my design for my competitive team, but I am having trouble finding information on flame orb in the game. I am trying to use it on Milotic. I started in the Sinnoh region to pick up Lucario but I am planning on moving around to gather all the team up. Where would I find Flame Orb and another similar item that will proc Milotic's marel Scale.
