Hi @Pagani! Recently there was an update where the tutors were replaced with new regional tutors that you can find in the Pokémon Center. The tutor of Superpower can be found in all Pokémon Centers in the Unova Region. By the way, I'm leaving you this guide made by @Lin, which I'm sure will be helpful to you later.
