is just stuck at the select rom place，when i put all rom and restart it cant go to login

because is just for windows and OSx and i delete the install package it dint work

my Android pokemmo cant save the rom that a press on it. it will only stuck on the rom screen，everytime i set up and restart the game it just show the rom screen
