Another good place for Speed EVs is Pidgeotto Hordes in Five Island Meadow, Kanto 100% encounter rate. Another good place for Attack EVs is Nidorino Hordes is Route 15, Kanto 100% encounter rate. It's not close to the PC but it's relatively easy to access if you use fly. It would be wise to remove this as I don't think you can find Pelipper's there anymore. Only Mantine's. If I'm wrong, feel free to ignore this.

As much as I love the encounter counter by Fixedgaming, there are still a lot of glaring issues that make it a bad choice to keep track of your encounters. You're better off just counting your leppas as a reliable way to keep track of encounters. Very helpful guide, Seth! Good job :)

Abundant Shrine is a staple for berry farmers. It's only right to add a PC there so we can buy seeds and any other necessary items. Running back to Undella Town each time to use a PC for may be more seeds is really annoying. Plzz
