Not necessarily. Being banned for RMT once rarely results in players not being welcome anymore. If he wasn't allowed to continue using the services of PokeMMO, he would be informed so in his appeal. It rarely happens with just one incident*, so unless this player really screwed up or has other bad history, he is very likely given a second chance to play so that he can prove that this was an one time thing and that he was being stupid.

Be a decent human being and accept the consequences of your actions instead of trying to make someone else look like the bad guy. You will do yourself a favor by not wasting your own and the staff's time.

A term for wanting team/clan war. In all seriousness, I understand that you are frustrated with your situation but remember to block players who ruin your experience here. Also, if the current legendary battle content annoys you, you should find another aspect of the game. It's not really worth it to get frustrated over. What is more important - you farming BPs but getting annoyed or you enjoying the game?
