Particle extractor

I would like them to implement an item that extracts particles from Pokémon, what do I mean, let's say that a Pokémon event comes out with particles or we accidentally put particles on a Pokémon that we are not interested in and it is complicated to breed again, well this is It is my suggestion, an extractor that can be used once and that is affordable with pb and that is expensive but please do not exaggerate, so I could remove the pumpkin cat particles from my forgotten porigon and put it in another poke that I would be interested in
