Agree with the Dugtrio quick ban. Offers too much with little to no drawback, not healthy at all. Machamp might be also suspect material but If Gligar drops with him I'm not very sure anymore. It'll at least be centralizing kind of like Conkeldurr in OU (which isn't really healthy lol). I can't think of many switch ins besides Spiritomb? (Fuck that mon but if Machamp does come back then it'd be a good mon again I guess). Electrode is the least dangerous but at the same time still quite toxic in NU. I mean we have a screener already in Serperior, but main difference is Electrode has Explosion and can give insta moméntum, + the speed it has allows it to outspeed even the likes of Blaziken Scarf. I don't really like these guys coming to NU but I can't say either they all don't have a place in the tier. Let's see how they do after a while.

It's actually worth farming now lol. Thanks for the upgrade! It will indeed affect quite hard to the market but come on It was really ass before lol. 2 hours of grinding for this score daamn. I got almost 2 million selling presents right now so worth lol but I'm guessing prize will drastically drop even more by tomorrow.

Another update on the rewards: I just got to the 4th wave with a friend of mine (The wave that spawns after beating the Boss) and when we died we only got 5 Presents each, not a single Big Piece nor anything. I don't know if it's a bug or we were just unlucky as fuck but it doesn't seem to be guaranteed. (we were only 2. Maybe that makes it different?) Also the first time I reached the boss I was in a party of 4, we didn't beat the boss but one of us DID get a Big Piece. I don't get how the event works XD

Sure! I'm not sure if this is the best way of doing it, but I've been pretty much going with a couple of combos that seem to be quite good. I first reached the boss spamming Offensive Fighting + Defensive Grass, and was able to reach the boss a couple of more times with Offensive Grass + Defensive Fire and Offensive Ghost + Defensive Fighting. Some friends said they've been succesful with Offensive Flying + Defensive Dark, but I haven't tried it yet. The only time I managed to beat the Munch Boss was with Offensive Psychic + Defensive Fighting (Ghost died so we replaced it with Psychic thinking it was only fight and it was dark as well lol). First 3 waves just focus on getting the presents. If by any chance you have a really bad matchup vs an Elf that's guarding the present then don't fight it (lets say you for some reason picked double fire and you go vs Rock lol). By the time you get all the presents you probably fought enough to be almost at 3rd wave. Try and not waste all your PPs on certain matchups. For example with the Ghost - Fight combo what you want to do is Fake Out + Attack, so don't burn all the 10 Fake Outs of the Fighting type elf and the 15 Shadow Balls right away. Try and alternate PP's, for example vs Poison try to go for Fake Out + Thunderbolt and after that you Shadow Ball. Only use Ethers when at 0 PP (Unless it's a 15/20 pp move, you can use it at 5/10 but I would wait anyway in case you die you get the PP back) Try to get your team done with the first items you get. If you get a TwistedSpoon and a Black Belt, you can go for Psychic Offense + Fight defense. Also pay close attention to the elves you're facing because usually there are only 5-6 types around (When I was Ghost-Fight I had Dragon-Electric-Ice-Poison-Normal). Once you beat the boss though, the elves become stronger and have more types, plus they'll call for reinforcements If you don't kill them in Turn 1. I haven't got useful TM's so far but a friend told me they got Helping Hand & Follow Me, so definetely make your Elves learn those moves if they fit their kit. (You don't want those support moves on Offensive mons lol).

Update on Muncher: He's a Dark/Fight Mon. Tried to Extrasensory and said it was immune. Steadfast as ability. I went with Fake Out and procced it. Crunch Rock Slide Flamethrower so far, hasn't revealed 4th move, I hope its not broken shit like Recover

Yeah I'm with Rendi as well, being able to play like ass if you want to and then actually bring good sets and prep for playoffs it's smart but at the same time it's a bit trash. So with 12 teams It'd be top 6 only in playoffs? Also can u please explain the negative priority thing I'm noob. Regarding the doubles draft, yeah I think just free draft is good. Doubles is actually a more fun tier to play in Draft League because you can have MORE useful sets here. Even as niche picks, lets say Mantyke for example If you see people have a lot of rain-like teams (Which shouldn´t happen because we only have 1 Drizzle mon lol but just putting an example). Of course, as always, there'll be stronger picks such as Togekiss, but you can work more around it.

Reading about the format made me really excited, I hope I'm able to participate! I only have a few suggestions to make. If 12 teams were to be on the league, why make top 8 playoffs? You can literally eat a uguu but not too much so you don't stay below 9th and still be able to qualify, allowing some people that might have experiencie with draft leagues to slack through some weeks and still qualify. I think with 12 teams It'd be better to allow (and even then I think it's too much) 6 teams to playoffs, giving direct seed for both #1 and #2 to semifinals and have a dispute between #3-#6 for the other 2 semifinal slots. And If working with 10 teams just 4 spots. That makes it a bit more competitive and actually makes each week worth. Is the 4 OU 4 UU 4 NU rule EXCLUSIVE for each tier? I'm pretty sure everyone would like 4 OUs yeah, but I've been on some draft leagues where for example I might not want 2 Pokémon from the NU tier, but only 1 and use the other slot on getting an extra PU Pokémon. So, could we like, for example, go with 4 OU, 3 UU and 5 NU? (Asking because on some tours I've been like this it's actually not allowed lol) I also am a bit worried about the Snake picking thing since the first picks will definetely have an advantage with some flex Pokémon, but oh well I mean I guess If this tour was to last we could use this first edition to experiment a bit and then actually tier for the 2nd Edition.
