Time taken: 10 hours (+ several hours "catching" the Pokemon)
I have chosen to draw my interpretation of Projectile's Astrazelle. I based this picture on the name (Astrazelle), classification (the Cosmic Gazelle Pokemon), base stats, movepool and Pokedex entries as well as on a Thomson's Gazelle (general anatomy + side stripe). I wanted to stress as much as possible the "Cosmic Gazelle" part and half electric typing, hence the colouration and starry pelt. I could go more into depth about what represents what, but the rest should be pretty easy to figure out. While the fighting typing is a bit subtle, there are quite a number of Pokemon with unidentifiable typing including but not limited to Altaria.
To add authenticity and believability to it, I decided to go out and catch one as proof. I took some screenshots before releasing it (because I found it by exploiting a bug and don't want to be banned).

The stats match up with its IVs, nature and base stats. The moves are accurate for its level. Its static paralyzed Smeargle. Its gender is correct. It has a party sprite. It has a follower sprite. It's oddly resized in battle like all other Pokemon. I just killed any amount of subtlety these screenshots might have had. Also...

What if it showed the range of possible stats based on the currently known IVs? That way it gives you a ballpark idea but doesn't break the IV system.

Have you tried against pokemon that aren't magikarp?

Well Im breeding curselaxes, battling with wild magikarps more than 5 times and I noticed Species and Ability flag wont unlock.
i can understand for ability flag that the baby may have the 2nd ability but species flag won't unlock.
ANyone else with same problem ?
You said you're breeding curselax. How will fighting magikarp unlock the species flag
Are you using the evolved form of the Pokemon you are trying to hatch? A Dusclops won't trigger it for a Duskull for example, since Dusclops is not Duskull and has a different ability.
Lax has no evolved form this gen
