    I would like to start in LC but there are things that are not clear to me at all, I would like to know which with the current rules in PokeMMO about this. Some of the questions I have is whether I have to have my pokemon at level 5 or I can level them up and with the tournament rules they lower them level just like normal bouts, for example if you set tournament rules level them at level 50. I would also like to know if I can put TM or I should leave the movements he learns until lvl 5, on the other websites about the rules of LC do not make things clear since they change, and in some places they consider putting TM as something "not legal".
