The move Charge specifies it raises Special Defense on top of it doubling the next electric move used, but when used it does not have the Special Defense boosting effect. I do not know if this is only a PTS issue or if it happens in the live server too. as far as i also know, U-Turn, Volt Switch, and I have also heard of Pluck and Bug Bite not working as intended, with the opponent not switching out after using U-Turn or volt Switch, and the opponent eating their berry after getting hit by Bug Bite or Pluck before those moves can steal and eat the berry. Is there any way to fix these moves so they work correctly and if so are there other moves that have issues that could use some fixing too?
