New to the whole team building thing, only played when there was no forced level cap so cant just buy mons anymore. I was thinking of using this team (haven’t figured out natures, moves or evs yet) Dragonite Alakazam Starmie Gengar Tyranitar Snorlax How bad is my team :O

I’m looking to start pokemmo completely fresh and I have no idea where to start and what type of team to build, anyone have any teams they don't mind sharing that got them through each region. Any tips on where to start and what pokemon are strong early would be great too! Edit : Not too into competitive so I don't really focus on IVs but I don’t really mind EV training.
