Hi everyone i recently bought a 5x31(sp.Atk) Lapras (Natured:Calm EV spread 128 Hp / 252 Sp.Def / 130 Speed) which i wanna use on competitive NU tier and it has the Perish song package with Block, Rest and Heal bell. Now i dont really know how good is this package or his EV spread so any suggestion about how i could make this Lapras a beast is welcomed. Thanks in advance.

But how i ll'be missing a point since it gives +15 Ivs in both cases?

I noticed that on 50 lvl 30 and 31 ivs or both giving +15 IV to a stat so why is it that important to have 31 if they give the same IVs?

Hi im a new player and i dont really understand why a level 1 pokemon is always more expensive than another lets say 40+ or 50+ level pokemon even though they have the same Iv's? Im talking about the same pokemon ofcourse but different levels. Thanks in advance.
