Greetings all! I noticed that buying 10 normal Poke Balls does not yield a Premier Ball. Is this feature not in the game or is the ball itself not in the game? Is there a way or service to change the balls of your currently captured pkmn, and if not, should there be??

Greetings all! Im new to Pokemmo but not new to pokemon games. I was wondering if there was a Premier Ball gui. My favorite pokeball in every game is the premier ball and was wondering if anyone has made a gui for it.
