When i see the PokeMMO Platinum changelog, i see this and i dont understand what is this, can somebody explain me please?

I have a question, there is a way to change some textures of the secret base items? Because i want to make a mod to make the decorations with other graphics or another mod for me that changes the pokemon plushies with another pokemons, etc
