It's to avoid inflation of godly versions of the new pokes when Hoenn is released I think. I know people who have been prepping breeders for well over a month now. Personally I think that disabling it now was pointless because people have already had enough time to prep, but seeing as breeding is being tweaked it could've all been for nothing and the devs will have some pretty pissed off players on their hands; not that they'd care.

I don't understand why the "inflation" is a problem here, and so the devs want a "deflation" market. Have you seen the market around this days?
* Shinys going cheaper and cheaper: that must be for the #Soon region (troll?).
* 4x31 going for 100-200k while before were nearly impossible to get.
* 5x31 going for 1.5M and going cheaper, as they aren't impossible to breed now with 2 good breeders. I sold one for 1M myself.
I mean, more offers -> less demands -> prices going down -> deflation. Or people not so experienced getting that kind of pokes isn't deflation per se?.
I really don't understand where the devs want to go with all this.
Its not, people just like to Bittch about it.
Breeding was fine, once you take it to the degree its been for so long there really isnt any going back from it and why should they? If there is anything that needs fixing its the lack of yen coming into the game compared to the goods being breed, caught and farmed.

Seriously, it waited a year and a half the first time, we can wait longer for you to most likely ruin it again.
Edit: rework money yields and payday, thats a bigger problem than any that breeding presents at the moment.
